This Summer Was Fun… My Summer Wrap Up

It’s hard to believe that tomorrow, I will be back in the class room. School starts Monday at 8 am. Since my summer is officially over, I thought I would go and wrap up the whole thing with all these weird categories that I make up while I write this. And it won’t just be based on the books I have read this summer. It will combine every other amazing about this summer.

Fun Adventures from the Summer:

I got the chance to go and meet Sarah Dessen on June 10! It was the second time I got to meet an author at my favorite independent bookstore in North Carolina – Quail Ridge. I was actually a little nervous about getting back home since I had to attend a Graduation Party the same day. But getting to meet her was amazing. I have been such a big fan of hers for a while so getting to meet her was amazing.

I went to Pennsylvania this summer! Well, I do every year but this year was very special. I got to go mini golf with my cousins and sisters, visit my grandparents, see family I haven’t seen in a year, and go driving. Yeah, I sort of drove part of the way. I’m just really excited to go back next year since who knows how many more times I get to go up there.

My parents get me something at the end of every school year. One of my one gifts this one year was my first Funko Pop and it was for Lincoln from The 100. We had to go to a few different stores to find it but I love it. My sisters know that I treasure it so they always go and try to take him. He currently sits on the top of my bookshelf. All by himself. Sadly.

How was your summer? What was your favorite read this summer? Favorite movie or show you watched? Have you seen any of these shows or movies? Have you read any of these books? What did you do fun this summer? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Happy Reading,

    1. Thanks for nominating me! I’m excited to go and write that post!
I definitely have recharged my batteries. For the last two days, I haven’t really done anything but lay in bed!
